Shipping your roo order

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with your Track & Trace details.

During promotional events and holiday periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Transfer of Risk

In accordance with Article 7:11 of the Dutch Civil Code, roo babywear bears the risk of damage to or loss of your order during transport. This risk transfers to you only once the products have been delivered into your physical possession, or that of a person designated by you.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times shown above. These delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or periods of exceptionally high demand.

If we are unable to deliver your order within the applicable legal timeframe, you will have the rights provided under Dutch consumer law, including the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund where applicable.
